Political Policy of The Imperial Remnant:
1:1 The Imperial Remnant is an independent and sovereign state and is to be recognised by foreign entities as such. Any attempts to undermine the legitimacy of The Imperial Remnant will be taken as an act of political hostility.
1:2 The official ideology of The Imperial Remnant is the proclamation of the New Order. Any attempts to undermine its values and/or discredit its ideals will be considered an act of political hostility.
1:3 The Imperial Remnant strives to uphold the values of professionalism and militarism, foreign entities that don't abide by these values are not recognised by The Imperial Remnant and are therefore not regarded as sovereign entities. Primitive entities that do not adapt to these values may be targeted for future military and political expansion.
1:4 The expansion of The Imperial Remnant is essential to the New Order's ideals and values. Any attempt to hinder, limit or undermine The Remnant's right to expand militarily and politically will be taken as an act of political hostility and/or military aggression.
1:5 The unlawful creation, distribution and promotion of Anti-Imperial sentiment is strictly prohibited. Engagement in such activities will be regarded as an act of political hostility.
1:6 The unlawful occupation of Imperial Territory and usage of State Owned property not sanctioned by Imperial High Command is a serious offence and may result in an immediate political and/or military retaliation. (This includes all of our maps, prefabs and forms of media).
1:7 The official news outlet for The Imperial Remnant is the "Imperial Holonet News". Unlike other news outlets, The Imperial Holonet seeks to deliver real and truthful news from both The Remnant's internal dealings, and from external foreign entities. Any attempts by outside forces to corrupt and/or influence the Imperial media for their own selfish needs will be met with immediate retaliation.
1:8 Any unlawful attempts to influence, disrupt or affect political, military or internal decision making by foreign entities is considered an act of war and will be met with immediate retaliation.
1:9 Any unlawful collecting and/or distribution of intelligence that has the capacity to harm The Imperial Remnant is by no means allowed. The retaliation for such offences may result in a declaration of war.
1:10 Any unlawful harbouring of Imperial defectors and enemies of the state has a capacity to harm The Imperial Remnant. Therefore, such offences are strictly forbidden and may result in Imperial retaliation.
1:11 All interactions on a political level with The Imperial Remnant are to take place with distinguished members of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps or Imperial Government Officials.
Military Policy of The Imperial Remnant:
2:1 The Imperial military exists to ensure the protection of The Imperial Remnant from foreign entities. To preserve, uphold and spread the ideals of the New Order. And to ensure the continued expansion of its political and military influence.
2:2 The Imperial Remnant is open to conduct military exercises with foreign entities. However, any hostile acts towards The Remnant during such events is a serious offence and will result in a political sanction (meaning that The Remnant will not conduct friendly exercises with said entity again).
2:3 Imperial military facilities and vessels are under no circumstance to be unlawfully entered or attacked by any foreign entity. Unprovoked attacks by foreign belligerents will result in immediate Imperial retaliation.
2:4 Any unlawful attempts by foreign entities to disrupt, affect or sabotage the effectiveness of the Imperial Military and influence its decision making process is to be considered an act of war and will be met with immediate military retaliation.
2:5 The Imperial Remnant possesses the right to remain neutral in any armed conflict between two, or more foreign entities. Any attempts to undermine Imperial neutrality will result in immediate retaliation.
2:6 The Imperial Remnant also possesses the right to aid any foreign entity with military and political support in the event of a war. However, The Remnant will only aid entities who embrace and support Imperial ideals and follow the Imperial foreign policy and/or allies of The Remnant.
2:7 Collusion with enemies of The Imperial Remnant is strictly prohibited. Foreign entities who willingly collaborate with The Remnant's enemies run the risk of also being labelled as "an Enemy of The Remnant" and may result in retaliation.
2:8 Imperial military personnel on foreign territory are to be treated with the utmost respect. Any mistreatment of Imperial personnel will be labelled as an act of military aggression and may result in Imperial Political and/or Military retaliation. (This includes verbal disrespect, armed hostility and the use of deadly force against Imperial Personnel)
2:9 Foreign entities on Imperial Territory are to act in a respectful and professional manner. While on Imperial territory, you are expected to follow Imperial Directives and respect restricted areas such as military facilities as well as Imperial munitions caches. Attempts by foreign entities to undermine The Remnant’s authority, disrespect Imperial Personnel and violate Imperial territory will result in immediate retaliation. (This includes: entering an Imperial facility without proper clearance and permission, armed hostility against imperial personnel, verbal disrespect and the use of deadly force against an Imperial Servicemen)
2:10 Unlawfully entering an Imperial Military installation or an Imperial military vessel without the proper permission or clearance iis strictly prohibited. If caught violating Imperial Military space, the use of deadly force is authorised against the perpetrator.
2:11 The Remnant possesses the right to target any foreign entity for military and/or political expansion. Any attempts at preventing Imperial expansion by foreign belligerents will be taken as an act of hostility and will be met with Imperial retaliation.
2:12 Violent acts against Imperial personnel is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate military retaliation.
2:13 Imperial military personnel serve The Remnant! Any unlawful attempts by foreign belligerents to corrupt and/or acquire Imperial personnel for their own entities is a serious offence and may result in political and military repercussions.
2:14 It is an unlawful action to contact Imperial Military Personnel without prior notification being sent to the Imperial Government. Furthermore, it is required that you receive permission to interact with Imperial personnel from either a distinguished member of the Imperial Diplomatic Corps, or the Imperial Government.
Alliance Policy of The Imperial Remnant:
3:1 Every month it is required that a representative from The Imperial Remnant’s Diplomatic Corps is to meet with the leadership of the allied entity. This is done to monitor the progress of Imperial allies and to ensure that they're following Imperial Foreign Policy.
3:2 Each ally must hold a positive view towards The Imperial Remnant, its ideals and its values. These ideals and values include The Proclamation of The New Order, The Remnant's expansionist policies and the values of professionalism and militarism.
3:3 Allies of The Imperial Remnant are required to notify The Remnant in the case where a foreign entity has acted in a hostile manner towards them. Failure to do so will result in Imperial aid being put on hold.
3:4 If an ally is to take any hostile actions towards another foreign entity, The Imperial Remnant is required to be notified beforehand. The Remnant is required to know the reasoning behind the actions as well as the entities involved. Failure to supply The Imperial Remnant with the information in time may result in no political and/or military aid from The Remnant.
3:5 If an ally needs any type of support politically, militarily, or even in the construction of new facilities and vessels, it is required that Imperial High Command approved of said aid.
3.6 If an Imperial ally is engaged in conflict with another Imperial ally. The Imperial Remnant has the right to remain neutral. Failure to recognise such neutrality will result in a termination of the alliance.
3:7 All Imperial personnel and staff are to be treated in a professional manner with the utmost respect at all given time.
3:8 Any ally who acts with hostility towards The Imperial Remnant will be given 24 hours to explain said actions to an Imperial representative. Failure to do so will result in a termination of the alliance and could potentially lead to Imperial retaliation.
3:9 It is forbidden to use Imperial State Property or occupy Imperial Territory without the permission of The Imperial Remnant's high command.
3:10 It is forbidden by allies to share intelligence and information of The Imperial Remnant's dealings and future plans.
3:11 All Imperial allies are expected to promote professionalism and act in a militaristic manner. Primitive organisations that condone poor behaviour within the community are counterintuitive to the interests of our Empire, and are therefore to be disregarded at sovereign entities. Unprofessional behaviour condoned by allied entities will result in a termination of The Remnant’s relations with said entity.
3:12 All allies of The Remnant are required to follow Imperial Foreign Policy. Failure to do so will result in an investigation into the matter. If proven that an allied entity has breached Imperial Foreign Policy, the alliance will be terminated immediately.
Political hostility:
If The Imperial Remnant is met with political hostility there are many actions it may take. The first action would usually be to try to solve said matter with diplomacy. If that were to fail, The Imperial Remnant has the ability to sanction said entity. Resulting in it being denied the ability to become an ally of The Imperial Remnant, the ability to conduct friendly military exercises with The Remnant and finally the ability to attend Imperial Summits.
If political hostility was to escalate. The Imperial Remnant possesses the right to act with military retaliation.
Military hostility:
If The Imperial Remnant is met with military hostility from a foreign entity, the first step would be a diplomatic solution. If violence from the said foreign entity was to continue, The Imperial Remnant would have no other choice than to respond with a military retaliation. Violence must be met with violence! It is the only language understood by rebels and traitors.
